14-Day Cancellation Right — at a glance
If you purchase as a consumer online, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is entered into, without giving a reason. See the full details below.
01Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you normally have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into, without giving a reason.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.
You can contact us at:
Please include your name, email address, course purchased, order or enrolment number and purchase date.
You may use the cancellation form below, although you are not required to do so.
02Courses Starting During the 14-Day Cancellation Period
You may ask us to begin providing educational services before your 14-day cancellation period has expired.
Where you expressly request early commencement and then cancel within the cancellation period, we may charge you an amount proportionate to the services supplied before you informed us of your cancellation, where permitted by applicable law.
If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your request and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may cease in accordance with applicable law.
03Digital Content and Immediate Online Access
Some courses may include digital content such as recorded lessons, downloadable materials, digital workbooks or other online content.
If you request that we begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that you must pay for any services provided up to cancellation
04Refunds During the Cancellation Period
Where you validly cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund amounts due to you in accordance with applicable law.
Where services have already begun at your express request, any lawful proportionate charge for services already provided may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and normally within 14 days of receiving your valid cancellation request where required by law.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We do not charge a fee for issuing a refund that you are legally entitled to receive.
05Cancellation After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, fees are normally non-refundable where the contracted course remains available and is being provided as agreed.
However, we may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion. The extent of your fee liability and refund entitlement will vary. Please contact your personal consultant for full details.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, does not conform to the contract, is materially different from its description or where you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy.
06Courses Cancelled by Us
If we permanently cancel a course before it has been provided, you will normally be offered either:
transfer to an equivalent or suitable alternative course; or
a refund of the amount paid for the affected course or service.
Where we cancel only part of a service, an appropriate proportionate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered.
07Postponed or Rescheduled Courses
Where a live class, workshop or scheduled course has to be postponed, we will offer a replacement date where reasonably possible.
If a material rescheduling means that we cannot provide the service substantially as agreed, please contact us and we will consider the appropriate remedy under the circumstances and applicable law.
08Statutory Rights

We honour our legal duty to provide you with Products that are as described to you and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. Your legal rights are summarised below.
